Aplicación de un instrumento de medición de las motivaciones del ecologismo empresarial desde la perspectiva de los colaboradores no gerenciales

Resumen

Este artículo presenta los resultados de la aplicación de un cuestionario validado estadísticamente que mide un aspecto de las competencias del personal no gerencial: su nivel de conocimiento sobre las razones del enverdecimiento organizacional. La muestra se compone de 576 trabajadores. La información que arroja el instrumento puede ser utilizada para desarrollar planes participativos enfocados en corregir las percepciones de los colaboradores sobre los motivos citados, ampliar sus competencias e incrementar sus conductas verdes. Se sugiere como razón del ecologismo empresarial al conocimiento que posee el empleado sobre conductas proambientales privadas.
