ANÁLISIS DE LA RELACIÓN ENTRE LAS OPORTUNIDADES DE CRECIMIENTO PROFESIONAL, LA PERCEPCIÓN DE LOS EMPLEADOS DE LA JUSTICIA Y LA INTENCIÓN DE PERMANECER EN LA ORGANIZACIÓN

Resumen

Este estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar la relación entre las oportunidades de crecimiento profesional, la percepción de los empleados de la justicia y la intención de permanecer en la organización. Los datos fueron recolectados a través de la survey y analizados a través del modelo de ecuaciones estructurales. Analizando los resultados, se constató que las oportunidades de desarrollo y crecimiento en la carrera que las organizaciones propician a sus colaboradores influencian positivamente la percepción que ellos tienen acerca de la justicia organizacional y también su intención de permanencia. Ante esto, se recomienda a los gestores la adopción de herramientas de desarrollo humano acompañadas de un plan de carrera atractivo, dando apoyo al crecimiento profesional de los individuos
